1. WHAT THIS PAGE COVERS
Atlas for Google Docs™ (the "Add-On") is a sidebar that reviews a document against your organization's compliance rules without leaving Google Docs™. This page is where to get help with it.
The Add-On is an interface to the Unicore Atlas platform (the "Platform"). It signs you in to an existing Atlas account and does not create accounts.

Tell us the name of the document, roughly when it happened, and what the panel showed on screen. If the panel displayed an error code, include it: the code identifies the request in Unicore's records.
Unicore acknowledges every support request within five (5) business days.

3. WHAT YOU CAN RESOLVE YOURSELF
These five account for most of what people report.
3.1 Atlas does not appear under Extensions.
The Add-On is installed for one Google account at a time. Confirm you are signed in as the account that installed it, and reload the document after installing.
3.2 "Atlas does not recognize this Google account."
The Add-On signs you in to Atlas as the Google account that has the document open. If your browser holds several Google accounts, open the document in a window signed in only as the account your Atlas user belongs to.
3.3 The review fails, or Atlas reports that it cannot open the document.
Atlas reads the document and writes its findings through a Google service account that your organization granted access to. Ask your administrator to confirm that this document, or the folder holding it, is shared with that account.
3.4 The panel is in the wrong language.
The panel follows the language configured for your Atlas workspace, not the language of your browser. Your administrator can change it.
3.5 You do not have an Atlas account.
The Add-On signs you in to an existing Atlas account. It does not create accounts, and Atlas does not accept public sign-ups. Ask your organization's administrator to add you.
